Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer care team within 14 days of delivery via our online portal or email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Item
Ensure the furniture is disassembled and securely repacked in its original packaging, including all hardware, instructions, and protective materials to prevent transit damage.
Schedule Collection
Once your request is approved, we will coordinate with our specialized furniture couriers to schedule a convenient pickup time from your location.
Inspection and Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned item to confirm it is in original condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method, minus applicable shipping fees.
